These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 62idn platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause set out below. Please read this document carefully before using 62idn.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 62idn ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 62idn website at 62idn.bio, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 62idn platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to use 62idn.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an Account or use any part of the Platform, including free-play or demonstration modes. 62idn operates a strict 21+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. If 62idn has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification, and any funds held in that Account will be frozen.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is designed for and marketed to players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to hold a 62idn Account. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law do so entirely at their own risk. 62idn reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any player based in a Prohibited Territory.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You represent and warrant that you are not under any legal disability, court order, or contractual restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to accept these Terms.
2.4 Exclusion Lists. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, either through 62idn's own responsible gaming tools or through any external gambling self-exclusion scheme, at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any self-exclusion commitments you have previously made.
2.5 Truthful Registration. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitute a violation of these Terms. 62idn reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and permanently retain any funds held in duplicate accounts.
3.2 Registration Information. During registration you will be required to provide at minimum your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You must also select a unique username and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials.
3.3 Account Security. You must notify 62idn immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your Account has occurred. 62idn will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 62idn reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, and will require such documents before processing withdrawal requests above Rp 500.000. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving Licence (SIM). Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days will result in temporary Account suspension until verification is complete.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts, Balances, and any associated rights are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 62idn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 62idn does not impose any transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals processed through these channels; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals must be made in IDR. 62idn is not responsible for currency conversion losses incurred if you fund your Account from a non-IDR source.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will be rejected and returned to the originating payment method.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed until the minimum threshold is reached.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 62idn finance team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi. Standard processing time is within 1 to 3 business hours of a verified request. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptional volume or where additional verification is required under Clause 3.4.
4.6 Withdrawal Routing. Withdrawals will, wherever operationally possible, be routed back to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. 62idn reserves the right to request additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment account.
4.7 Funds Ownership. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 62idn Account are your own personal funds, that they originate from a legitimate source, and that their deposit does not constitute money laundering or any other financial crime. 62idn complies with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required.
4.8 Inactive Account Fees. An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 62idn reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 20.000 to inactive Accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. The fee will cease immediately upon the Account becoming active again.
5.1 Promotional Offers. 62idn offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are governed first by these Terms and second by the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which take precedence over any general promotional copy where there is a conflict.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion's terms page. Unless otherwise specified, the default Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the combined deposit and bonus amount.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following default contribution rates apply:
5.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds must be wagered within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, the default bonus validity period is 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from the Account automatically without compensation.
5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus promotion may be active on an Account at any given time unless 62idn explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms. Players who attempt to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may have all bonus allocations cancelled.
5.6 Abuse and Misuse. 62idn reserves the right to void any bonus award, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the relevant Account if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has exploited a promotional offer, engaged in low-risk "bonus-harvesting" betting strategies, or coordinated with other players to abuse promotional terms. 62idn's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final and binding.
5.7 Promotional Changes. 62idn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to Player Accounts at the time of the change.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 62idn Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules published for each product category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, virtual sports, togel). A bet is not accepted until a confirmation message is displayed or a bet ID is generated by the Platform. 62idn reserves the right to reject any bet prior to confirmation for any reason, including but not limited to technical errors, suspicious betting patterns, or market suspensions.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and Account tier. Current stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market. 62idn reserves the right to impose individual Account-level stake restrictions at its sole discretion, including where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity.
6.3 Sportsbook — Void and Cancelled Events. If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the market's standard completion point (as defined in the applicable sport rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance as appropriate.
6.4 Obvious Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including pricing errors, incorrect odds, incorrectly described markets, or system malfunctions — 62idn reserves the right to void any affected bets, regardless of whether they have already been settled. 62idn will make all reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly. Players must not deliberately exploit obvious errors; doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6.5 Game Outcomes. The results of all casino games, slot gacor spins, and virtual sports events are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer mechanics operated by licensed third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others). 62idn does not manipulate game outcomes. 6.6 Disconnection. 62idn is not liable for bets interrupted by a Player's internet connection failure, power outage, or device malfunction. Where a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the outcome will be determined according to the game's standard completion rules. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before placing bets.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 62idn Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, associated winnings voided, and Balances frozen or forfeited, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to 62idn.
8.1 Commitment. 62idn is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable gambling environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a method of generating income. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to seek help immediately if gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to affect their financial wellbeing, mental health, or personal relationships.

8.3 Age Verification. 62idn will verify the age of any Player where there are reasonable grounds to suspect they may be under 21. During any age verification period, deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity will be suspended.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the 62idn Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, site design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of 62idn or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. 62idn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
9.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, copy, frame, or republish any content from the 62idn Platform without prior written authorisation. Use of the 62idn name, logo, or brand assets in any external communication requires express written consent from 62idn.
10.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 62idn is governed by the 62idn Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
10.2 62idn will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.
11.1 Platform Availability. 62idn does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. 62idn will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible following any interruption.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 62idn excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.
11.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. In no event will 62idn's total aggregate liability to you arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Gambling Losses. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. 62idn is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. You accept full personal responsibility for all wagering decisions made through your Account.
11.5 Force Majeure. 62idn will not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, 62idn will notify affected players as soon as reasonably practicable and will take all reasonable steps to minimise the impact on player Accounts and Balances.
12.1 Termination by the Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 62idn support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and your Real Money Balance will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
12.2 Termination by 62idn. 62idn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where:
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned subject to any outstanding investigations, claims, or regulatory holds.
13.1 62idn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, 62idn will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-Platform notification.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under Clause 12.1.
13.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 62idn is not liable for your failure to review or comply with updated Terms.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal policies of 62idn's licensing jurisdiction. 62idn operates as an internationally licensed platform.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 62idn's internal complaints process (see Clause 15) shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of Indonesian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
14.4 The invalidity or unenforceability of any single clause or provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 Complaints Process. Agreement Confirmation. By registering an Account or continuing to use the 62idn Platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, and that you agree to be bound by them.
